Description
More than a race, Paris-Roubaix is a myth, as the weather and the cobbles can turn the road into hell for the riders. The Roubaix long-sleeve jersey offers the versatility you need to face cool, changing conditions.
The main fabric is made in France and is Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 certified. It is a high-density double-faced microfibre knit. It gives the rider effective thermal protection while providing excellent moisture wicking. Comfort is optimal, even on fast-paced rides.
Roubaix was designed to give you the versatility you need depending on the conditions. You can layer it under a jacket or gilet, or simply wear it on its own with just the Gruppetto merino base layer or the Peloton base layer.
The collar is fairly high at the front to protect you from the cold. At the lower back, an elastic band keeps the jersey firmly in place at the waist.
For storage, Roubaix has three pockets at the back, plus a zipped pocket for your keys. At the front, a small pocket keeps your valuables - cash, credit card - within reach, with a VISLON® AquaGuard® zip for opening and closing.
A reflective insert has been placed on the rear pocket, on the road side, for extra visibility to other road users when the light is still low.
Front and back, the Mercier logo is embroidered. It reflects both our attention to detail and our choice of longevity, since it won't wear out in the wash.
