Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are handmade in northern Italy. All the fabrics used in their manufacture are woven in France, with the exception of the Saint-Étienne jersey, whose fabric comes from Italy.

What is the ecological impact?

The textile industry is one of the most polluting industries in the world. We all have a role to play. Our textile supplier, based in the Rhône-Alpes region, is OEKO-TEX® | STANDARD 100 certified. From fabric sourcing to the design studio and manufacturing, our entire supply chain is short, with everything produced within a 310-mile radius.

Our products are not delivered in individual plastic packaging, which is difficult to recycle, but in tissue paper.

Finally, when you buy Mercier products, you are purchasing products designed to last.

What are the delivery charges?

Mercier delivers worldwide, using a carrier selected by us. Delivery is free for orders over £190. For orders below this amount, the following charges apply.

Taxes and customs duties?

The prices of products delivered within the European Union are shown inclusive of all taxes, excluding shipping costs. The prices of products delivered outside Switzerland and the European Union are shown in euros excluding taxes, shipping costs, customs clearance fees and any taxes payable upon receipt of the products, which remain your responsibility.

Returns

Can I return a product?

Yes. 100% satisfaction guaranteed or your money back.

Since its creation, Mercier has made absolute quality its top priority. True to this heritage, if you are not satisfied with the product(s) you have ordered, you have thirty (30) clear days from the delivery date to return the products to Mercier, provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging.

Please contact us at support@mercier.cc so that we can provide you with return instructions.

Under no circumstances should the garments have been worn.

Who pays for the goods return shipping costs ?

If you are not satisfied with the product, the size does not suit you, or the garment is faulty... Whatever the reason, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

For Mercier, quality lies as much in our products as in our service. ‘Do it well and let them talk...’ is our motto.

Sizing

Which size should I choose?

Choosing clothing that fits your size is essential. Refer to our size guide and take the time to measure yourself.

Please note that Mercier garments are made from compression fabrics for running. If you are unsure between two sizes, or if you are slightly overweight (we like to eat and drink too!), then choose the larger size.

It is therefore not uncommon for someone who wears a size M to wear a size L at Mercier.

How do I take my measurements?
Please refer to our size guide, available at the bottom of each page, for instructions on how to take measurements. This will help you choose the right size.

Orders

What is the processing time for my order?

We usually process your order within 24 hours. Any order placed during the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email notification when your order is received and again when it is shipped. We will provide you with a tracking number so you can follow the delivery online on the carrier’s website.

When will I be charged for my order?

Your account will be charged at the time the order is placed.

Payment

Which taxes apply?

Prices of products delivered within the European Union and Switzerland are displayed including all taxes, excluding shipping costs. Prices of products delivered outside Switzerland and the European Union are displayed in euros excluding taxes, excluding shipping costs, and excluding any customs fees or import taxes that may apply upon receipt of the products and are at your expense.

The transactions are processed in Euros (€), regardless of the currency displayed on the website.

The default currency displayed is the Euro. This website allows you to display prices in major currencies: EUR CHF GBP USD CAD JPY KRW.

Regardless of the currency displayed, the transaction will be processed in Euros (€). A slight difference may therefore exist between the price shown in a currency other than the Euro and the actual amount charged at the time of payment.

Account

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, but it is highly recommended. This will allow you to save your billing and shipping information, view your order history, and track your shipments more quickly.

Do you store my bank details?

Absolutely not, and we do not have access to it. We use Stripe payment services, which takes care of everything. Your data is therefore completely secure.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major payment cards from customers worldwide: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.
