Products

French conception?

All our products have been designed, developed and tested in France. Our pattern maker is based in Annecy, capital of the Alps, and our stylist just a few kilometres away, in Chamonix.

Where are your products made?

Our products are handmade in northern Italy. All the textiles used in their production are woven in France, with the exception of the Saint-Étienne jersey, whose fabric is sourced from Italy.

What ecological impact?

The textile industry is one of the most polluting in the world. We all have a role to play. Our textile supplier, based in the Rhône-Alpes region, is OEKO-TEX® | STANDARD 100 certified. From fabric sourcing to the design studio and manufacturing: our entire supply chain operates within a short circuit, within a 500 km radius.
Our products are not delivered in individual plastic packaging, which is difficult to recycle, but in tissue paper.
Finally, buying Mercier products means acquiring products designed to stand the test of time.

What are the delivery times?

The delivery times indicated below are provided as a guide and are those of the carriers selected by Mercier.
Switzerland: 3 business days
Europe: 3 business days
USA & Canada: 3-5 business days
Worldwide: 5-10 business days

What are the shipping fees?

Mercier delivers worldwide via our selected carrier. Delivery is free for orders over €190. For orders below this amount, the following rates apply.

Taxes and toll?

Product prices for deliveries within the European Union are displayed inclusive of all taxes, excluding shipping costs. Product prices for deliveries outside Switzerland and the European Union are displayed in euros excluding taxes, excluding shipping costs, and excluding any customs clearance fees and taxes upon receipt of the products, which remain your responsibility.

Returns

Can I return a product?

Yes. 100% satisfied or your money back.
Since its founding, The Manufacture Mercier has made absolute quality its top priority. True to this heritage, if you are not satisfied with the product(s) ordered, you have thirty (30) days from the delivery of your order to return the products to Mercier, provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging.
Contact us at support@mercier.cc so we can provide you with the return instructions.
Under no circumstances should the garments have been worn.

Who pays the return?

You are not satisfied with the product, the size does not fit, or the garment has a defect... Whatever the reason, we will cover the cost of the return shipping.
For Mercier, quality lies as much in our products as in our service. "Do it well and let them talk..." is our motto.

Size

Which size to choose?

Choosing the right size is essential. Please refer to our size guide and take the time to measure yourself.
Please note that Mercier garments are made from compressive fabrics designed for racing. If you are hesitating between two sizes, or if you carry a little extra weight (we also enjoy eating and drinking!), we recommend going up a size.
As a result, it is not uncommon for someone who normally wears a M to wear a L in Mercier.

How do I take my measurements?

Please refer to our size guide, accessible at the bottom of each page, for instructions on how to take your measurements. This will help you choose the right size.

Orders

What is the processing time for my order?

We usually process your order within 24 hours. Any order placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email informing you when your order is received and again when it is dispatched. We will provide you with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment online on the carrier's website.

When will I be charged for my order?

Your account will be charged when the order is placed.

Payment

What taxes apply?

Product prices for deliveries within the European Union and Switzerland are displayed inclusive of all taxes, excluding shipping costs. Product prices for deliveries outside Switzerland and the European Union are displayed in euros excluding taxes, excluding shipping costs, and excluding any customs clearance fees and taxes upon receipt of the products, which remain your responsibility.

What currency is used for transactions?

La devise affichée par défaut est l'euro. Ce site vous permet d'afficher les prix dans les principales devises: EUR CHF GBP USD CAD JPY KRW. 

Quelle que soit la devise affichée, la transaction se fera en euros (€). Une légère différence peut donc exister entre le prix affiché dans une devise autre que l'euro, et le montant effectivement débité lors du paiement.

Account

Do I need to create an account to order?

No, but it is highly recommended. You will be able to save your billing and delivery information, view your order history and track your shipments more easily.

Do you store my banking information?

Absolutely not, and we have no access to it. We use Stripe's payment services, which handles everything. Your data is therefore completely secure.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the main payment cards from customers worldwide: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.
