Description
Louison is Mercier's women's shorts. Made from a fabric produced in France and exclusive to Mercier, 360° stretch and abrasion-resistant, it is soft against the skin and provides the necessary muscle support.

The high-waist construction has been designed to distribute pressure so that the shorts never dig into the waist. Well fitted, the shorts are held at the waist by a wide, supple retaining band that sits close to the body without compressing.

Louison was the wife of Marcel Mercier and therefore the mother of Émile Mercier, the second of that name. History records that they first met at the cycle trade association in Saint-Étienne, the cradle of the cycling industry at the beginning of the twentieth century.
