Megève Mont-Blanc 2026: A Flawless Edition

On Sunday, August 23, 2026, under a bright blue sky and generous sunshine, the Megève Mont-Blanc brought together nearly 1,000 cyclists at the foot of the Palais, for one of the most singular cyclosportives in the Alps. A true dream day on the bike. And for the second consecutive year, Manufacture Mercier was proud to be the official partner — and to dress every participant. A Race Built for the Mountains

Created in 1989, the Megève Mont-Blanc has a feature unlike any other event on the calendar: you don't choose your distance at registration, but while riding, according to your legs and the mood of the moment. One single start, three possible routes — 88, 105 or 134 km, up to 4,000 m of elevation gain — and the mountain decides with you. The route crosses the Val d'Arly before plunging into the Beaufortain, through alpine pastures, forests and legendary climbs: the Col de l'Arpettaz, demanding and wild from the very first kilometres, then the Col des Saisies, steadier, at the heart of the alpine meadows. This is the kind of route where you look up from the handlebars more often than usual.

New this edition: the climb to Mont Lachat, new to the route, adds extra bite to the L and XL courses before the descent toward the Col des Saisies — an addition that caught more than one regular off guard.

A Mercier Jersey for Every Rider

As last year, Manufacture Mercier crafted the race's official jersey, given to every participant and mandatory to wear on the day. A race souvenir designed with the same care as our collections, to take on the climbs of the Beaufortain in the colours of the manufacture.

An Organisation as Polished as the Setting

Timing, aid stations at every col, safety cover along the entire route, showers at the Palais des Sports, a supervised bike park, a post-race meal and a finisher's medal at the line: the Megève Mont-Blanc takes care of every detail, just like the setting that hosts it. Hard to imagine a finer backdrop than such a chic resort, nestled in such sublime scenery — a natural echo of the brand's positioning.
